ADLEADPRO has many offers that do not require big initial budgets: mVas offers, Sweepstakes, CPI, Dating etc. However, there are still many beginners that with an initial budget of $100 will get a maximum of 1 or 2 leads for $2. We have compiled a list of most common reasons:

Copying someone’s strategy without any analysis. If an affiliate shares their exact steps of sending traffic to a specific offer, he/she might be hiding some important points or it might not be converting that well. Spy tools, while useful, are also not to be blindly followed. Moreover, most top affiliates can easily deceit spy bots.
Ignoring affiliate manager’s advice. Some beginners are not comfortable talking to managers and don’t really understand how they can help you. Manager is one of the best friends of a beginner (and every other affiliate). Their task is to help you earn more by sharing their expertise in the field.
Being overconfident in knowing the target audience and not conducting any tests. Yes, psychology and neuromarketing can be useful at some point, but should not be used instead of testing. With $100 you can test around 5 creatives and several prelandings and find your own working scheme that you can then optimize and scale.
Making mistakes in setting up the campaign. You can drive a lot of traffic, but if your prelanding is not set up properly or the link to the main landing page is not working - that’s a huge fail. Before launching the campaign you should make sure that the whole funnel is functioning on both sides: your and the advertiser’s.
Not knowing how to optimize. We usually work with local offers and you don’t really have to look for best converting regions. But you will still need to form black-white lists for platforms. If you don’t know how to do that, choose a network with automated optimization.

In a usual sense, there is no hold in mVas offers. There are some peculiarities though, because a conversion can happen following these two scenarios:

Nonbillable: conversion = subscription, even if there is no money on the account;
Billable: conversion = money paid for the subscription.

User’s SIM-cards also fall into two categories:

Prepay: first you pay and then get access to content. If an advertiser has a functioning postback, conversions can be approved in real-time.
Postpay: subscription is paid a month after you started using it. This is where it’s important what kind of offer it is. With nonbillable offers a conversion appears even if there is no money on the account. With billable - only after the money is paid.

With billable/postpay offers there might be a problem: advertisers cannot get the money for subscription if there is no money on the account. And a conversion is a PAID subscription. So it all depends on the advertiser: some don’t pay at all, some try billing later. If they succeed, you get the conversion.
