[ADVICE] I have 25.000+ downloaded videos by users with my bot. Next move?

I have two video downloader website (free to use).
You can basicly download video from different social media/stream sites (actually 100+ sites). Not Netflix or paid websites. All videos are open to public. I don't use any spammy tools, don't worry.

Plus, I have a lot of Twitter bot and they generate downloadable links and redirect to the site that I mention above. Users mention my bots, bots reply them with donwloadable link. In summary, I have helpful Twitter bots and video download sites. All of them developed by me.
All of videos downloaded by users, so all videos are already social proof. Some of videos downloaded 300-400 times. My targets are Tier2/Tier3 countries that want to download videos to own phones/PC's.

What I Did:​

• I used latest web technologies on all parts of project.
• I generated 17.6k page from best keywords that I researched and they already indexed. almost.
• All pages have full valid technical SEO, have FAQ schemes, sites are multilingual.
• Less than 2 sec. page load time.
• Almost perfect UX/UI than others. It's handmade. Not Wordpress. Next.js!
• I store only video links and downloading counts so I can analyze which video is popular and people want to download it. I show visitors something like "today's most downloaded videos".
• I excluded queried/downloaded video pages from sitemap and made noindex them but I will include them in next release so I will have 17.600 + 25.000 page soon.
• People can download videos directly to mobile phones with all browsers, include iPhone devices. They don't need any extra app.

What I Can:​

• I can analyze every videos with AI and classified them but It's not necessary I think.
• I use static site generation so I can generate 10 million page. But I already did with long-tail keywords + high/low volume keywords
• I can create endless website because I builded everything on microservices + microframeworks. Just add new logo file, new brand name and It's ready.

What I Tried:​

I tried to use Adsterra, Exoclick, AdCash and bla bla for monetizing but avg. ad revenue is almost 1-2$/day. Average traffic is 1-2k daily but I can increase to 5-10k rapidly because I can scale my bots like "generate links for today's most popular videos and mention people". Right now I don't do because ad revenue is worst.

My question: What is the best way to monetize them?

• Affiliate - VPN?
• Affiliate - Dating?
• Affiliate - Adult? (Avg. 30% of downloaded videos is adult)
• Another CPC ad network except Adsterra, Exoclick, AdCash, Propeller? (I don't want more)
• or what is your best suggestion?

Legal statement: I don't store any video on my db or servers, just storing video links and user can download it. Cause of It's legit way. Video links are public and access everybody also me. Please don't say anything like "It's illegal" about it, because it's not, there's even a court order about it on Europe and USA.

The issue is with these countries many of these people will be cheap traffic, so ads will have bad conversion rate.

If you can do a good ad however for adult, it can have good conversions especially for dating offers, but tier2/3 countries don't always pay the best.
Another thing you can do is find the main countries they are and advertise some relevant digistore or clickbank products to them, which might have alright conversions.

If you want to monetize off the videos specifically, first you have to organize them. Since 30% are adult, you can make an adult site with these clips, I'm guessing they're short, and then grow that by advertising on your own site.
Then you can do adult ads better since you can expand more and target more t1 country traffic even though current majority of users will be t2/t3.

You seem to have a quite sophisticated auto marketing system.

But you are applying it to a niche full of freebie hunters in low ad rev countries, so you are never going to make a lot of $ per user.

If you want to make more $ you should consider applying your skills to a niche where people are happy to spend $.

You are absolutely right. I need to classified them but It will take to time. I need to think how to use this data.

Hahaha I chose wrong niche to develop because they already want to download videos at work for watching at home because they don’t have ant internet access. I am really idiot

On one hand you can look at it like this.
However, they are also going to be providing you free advertisement by tagging your bot under popular videos, which will expose it to more people.
As long as you have a good CTA which makes people want to click, you have a good source of free advertising.

Understanding your audience and how you make a profit is what makes a successful business, not simply giving away what poor people want.

I would not focus on people who have no money, i would focus on people who do have $ to spend.

Yepp, sometimes I boost my bots as mention to popular videos and others see me, than they mention my bots to another videos and I reach more people again. it can spread like a disease. Only I need to use this potential for making more money.
