Affiliate linking on Reddit

Hello ,
I have had tried multiple time to create reddit accounts stick but always ended up getting them banned. I understood that whenever I tried placing any link, say direct affiliate link or redirected link, my account got shadowbanned. I tried with proxies, results are same. I am sure I am doing something wrong.

I tried on new account having 0 karma as well as 3 months old account having 800 karma.

How you guys link and get away with it? How many non link posts/comments I should have before I embed a link (no link post to link post ratio)?

I haven't used any bot and hence getting frustrated to see so many people are making most out of it and I am struggling to have even single working account!

how are u working on reddit with affilliate

From my personal experience (mine only): no matter how much you post or how old your account is, you'll be banned from posting affiliate links on big subreddits. So I spent time finding barely/not moderated big-ish subreddits.

Comment with no promotion to check if the subreddit is moderated first.
Setup a website and send traffic to it instead of direct affiliate links.

Yes, it converted quite well but I was adverting micro workers site and free crypto only.

Redirect people to a helpful webpage/article/blog post, not an affiliate link. Good luck!

You’re not going to have any luck with naked affiliate links on Reddit. You need to be making (or buying) your own sites and promoting those through either Q/A or site links.
