i agree with you on this. i'm not going to say no NBA players rape women, but it makes no sense to not go to the police. shaking him down isn't a sign of trauma, it's extortion plain and simple. this is why i never want to be famous, i'd rather stay in the shadows.

in the U.S. he would already be arrested and charged because there's multiple witnesses. you don't need hard evidence when there are multiple witnesses to a crime, the witnesses are the evidence. this is why we have the witness protection program.

i don't like it when people equate sex work with human trafficking, they are not the same thing. sex work CAN be trafficking, but only if it's an abuse and slavery situation. otherwise, it's a job like any other. plus, OnlyFans takes huge measures to verify accounts, so even if there were some form of forced sex work on the platform they can track down the victims and perpetrators fairly quickly.

I expected that. It's obvious that the prosecutor has a good case with clear evidence. Otherwise, he would not be detained at all. 30-day initial detention means they got solid proof for conviction.

Additionally, if you lose an appeal in the EU, then you are pretty much in big trouble. That's how things work.

Here is my prediction. At the end of January, the detention time will be extended to 90 or even 180 days. He may be moved to another prison out of Bucharest where he will await a trial. At the end, he will be charged and sentenced to the worse prison possible. That's the scenario in 99% of cases.

He expected jail time for a while and that's a reason why he talked about Matrix and suicide stuff. He tried to convince his clown clan that he is completely innocent. His flowers still think this is a deep state plot to stop him from spreading the "truth".

Andrew is a complete moron when it comes to incriminating with video and audio evidence. And yeah, it's so easy to make money if you throw all moral and ethical standards out the window.
