any xiaomi fanatic users here who just love custom roms? if so, how has been your experience and what type of xiaomi phone do you have?

Yep, I'm preatty satisfied with all Xiaomi devices I have. Xiaomi produces lots of devices, not only phones.

I had a Xiaomi mobile (cant remember model) but I used a custom rom called LineageOS ( https://lineageos.org/ ).
It worked great and I recommend the rom.

Poco is a different brand, so is Redmi. They just share the same parent company.
