Is there any software that can automatically generate comment backlinks on blogspot blogs?
I tried contacting GSA SER and Xrumer, but they said it was impossible.

scrapebox can autopost to autoapprove lists, but finding / getting a list of unspammed and updated URLs... now that's a challenge :)

You can make this yourself with free software called browser automation studio.

Can scrapebox itself also automatically publish?
I have the blogspot list. Can I use this list to automatically generate a comment backlink?

of course

If you waste a few months of your life to master Scrapebox and have enough money for proxies, captchas and whatever else it needs to work properly you can program it to find URLs that it can post to, then automatically post to those URLs, then grab the URLs with your backlink and check if they're do-follow / live / indexed / whatever.

Scrapebox is a beast of a tool. If you learn to use all of its functionalities properly (and especially if you learn to use its Automator plugin, which makes SB 100x better) then you can set it up on a virtual server and go on vacation for 1 year and when you come back Scrapbeox will have found you millions of backlinking opportunities, posted your URL to all of them, grabbed those URLs and pinged / RSS'd / indexed / shorten'd them, then checked their status (nofollow / indexed / live / etc), then grab the bad URLs and re-submit them or remove them from your list (depending on what you tell it to do), all-the-while still harvesting even more URLs and posting to them and checking them, and so on... on repeat, indefinitely...

It's a great tool to have, but like I said, it does require a lot of playtime to master it. To use its basic functions is not hard, but to turn it into your VA... now that's a challenge :)

But for under $300 one-time fee (I've included the premium plugins here, as well, which are well worth the investment, but without the plugins the software is $97 I believe... or even $67 with the BHW offer) this software is a God's send for serious SEOs... just be ready to pay $100s monthly in proxy renting. I paid $12 for 5 (good) proxies when I bought the software last year, and it took me almost a day to scrape and autopost, yes, but I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind the long time. But the proxies seemed expensive to me at that time, and if you're an SEO agency you'll probably spend $100s or $1000s in proxies alone to use this software to its fullest ability. But it's soooo worth it!

Anyway, I recommend that you get the software if you can afford it. I'm not affiliated with the developers in any way, so I won't get paid if you buy the software, I just like it too much not to recommend it to others.

SB is very different to the other link builders on the market (GSA, RankerX, Senuke, etc) but that's because it's not really a link building software, you can't post to web 2.0s, wikis, for example... or maybe you can, I don't know, the software is too complex for my simplistic brain, but even so, it does so many other things that no other software does that it's truly indispensable if you're doing SEO at large scale. Just have a look at its list of addons, and please note that its addons are free of charge and you can use them as soon as your license is activated, only the premium plugins cost money, but even those are dirt cheap for what they do:

Thank you so much for the detailed and kind explanation!
Currently I own a scrapebox. But I've never used any addons or plugins.
As you said, I looked at the features for the automator plugin.
I'm not sure if the poster function is what I want.

Proxy rent is willing to pay $100 or more per month. If I can achieve what I want...

Is the feature you mentioned a plug-in feature of SB?
Its part of the default poster ..not plugin or anything added ..i used to do this to, imo blogger is difficult to automate (still need interactions like click) the closest one you can get is using manual poster...

But manual poster doesnt make sense if you want to post to huge list of url ..let say 2k url,
