So i have a auto service business people come to me . If i send them a link to google maps and they use to come to my shop it will improve ranking ?

Not 100% sure about that. I used other peoples phones to search for my main keyword and then I looked for my business among everyone else. Like the person was choosing me for that specific service (keyword), instead of the competition.

not just search maps .but on the way driving to my shop they use google maps live getting driving directions .
