Does anyone here own a Website with DA 70+?

One day I'd like to have my website with a DA of 70+ and I was wondering if anyone here has been able to take their domain from 0 to above 70 DA+ with actually good link-building strategy, good content and good off and on-page SEO

Do you mean DA 70 with real backlinks?

or with google redirection? If with google redirections then there are too many sellers here who are providing that.

DA is a useless metric unless you wanna sell shitty links to n00bs, then it is a great metric!

Okay good to know, I wouldn't want to do that. What matters outside of the DA that shows how good of a website it is and how strong a link from that website would be

It takes several years to naturally grow DA from 0 to 70+. Many people sell their sites when they reach DA/DR 40+ and receive consistent income. It's difficult to stick to a business unless you're emotionally connected to it or there are great opportunities to grow in the future.

Why do you care about such a vanity metric? I mean why?

Buyers that will want to acquire your website one day won't be like "OH HIS DOMAIN & SITE HAS 70 DA, LET ME ADD HUNDRED THOUSAND MORE". No. They care about the revenue, costs and profit.

Of course - they might check the domain to see if it's clean, and if they see 70 DA they might see potential - but it won't add too much of a value to the site unless you push it.. But try to push it to much and the buyer will see through your bullshit because you are desperately pushing the price up because of the domain - not profits, revenue, and trend.

Other than that - I have no idea what you would want to get 70 DA other than selling backlinks to people without knowledge.

Also - it takes years to reach 70 DA. If you are in the game long enough - you will see that getting first 20 DA - 30 DA with white hat shit is pretty much easy. It gets really hard past 40 DA - and so if you want to reach 70 DA be prepared for years of producing shitloads of content, having backlink strategy in place and just doing all of this for years. Are ther services that will help you to get 70 DA with some manipulation? Yes. But it has really no value.
