We aren't currently selling the lifetime license though it will likely be coming back soon so I will post here when they are available and email out about it. If you want to be notified about it the easiest way is probably to set this thread as watched and/or sign up for a free account on the DHG website and accept marketing emails.
Have you checked out the videos on youtube? There is a setup video on there, there have been lots of features added since the video was made but it still covers all of the important aspects of setting up DHG to run well. If you have any specific questions you can ask in here or send in a support ticket to get some advice.

Hello, can I get promocode on DM? 
I'm not really sure about a right or wrong way but it really comes down to how much effort you want to put in. You should always get more for a domain with a website on it and even more if it is indexed and receiving traffic, you just have to decide if the extra time is worth the extra cash you will, hopefully, eventually get for the domain.
