Unfortunately we are not sure about Belgium account but you can try our new cards - Yellow. They are similar to the Red we used to offer and we assume they should work the same way. So far we have received reviews on the use of Yellow cards with PP of the following countries CA/US/SG/ES. Should it not go through we can offer you a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

You cant offer a smaller amount as its a test and we dont know if its working ?

We would recommend contacting their support to find out about their payment methods and particularly whether they accept prepaid cards or not.
