Facebook sued boostgram and instant-fans And if we look in the BHW marketplace we find at least one of them here. Could it be the end of the SMM panel?

Do you have a source or some more information about it?

This is an interesting quote;

Early last year, New York's Attorney General ruled that selling fake social media followers and likes is essentially illegal, in relation to the specific actions of a company called Devumi, which has since gone out of operation. Since that finding, Facebook has used that as precedent to take action against more companies doing the same:

How will this affect the marketplace?

So shall small time fishes fear? I am reselling IG services on a woocommerce shop, I don't use the word 'instagram' anywhere on my site or domain self. I use 'insta' instead. :suspicious:

So I think it happens that if someone has won with that argument, then that argument can be used anywhere in any similar cases in court. So if facebook gets to know about our marketplace. The SMM section can get banned.

just use offshore hosting, fake payment info(Stealth accounts) or just accept BTC mix it and cashout..Use BTC to pay for everything.....Use double VPN, RDP then do everything from your RDP....ONLY if you are super worried about getting sued or any legal problems.

Eh... If you get to treat an SMM business like a Movies Streaming website, pointless. Sooner or later, Facebook will sue the crap out of you.

if they can find you sure....i know a few guys who have been doing move streaming sites for years and never got sued or jailed. i guess it just depends on the person and how they handle their situation
