I received a review copy of the 1000 websites list.
Communication with OP was good and professional.
The data in the list is so profound that you can find low hanging fruit in a lot of niches immediately.
You can use the list to find easy keywords for your sites, or for replicating those successful sites with low DR. This list with save you a lot of time of research and money for tools needed.
Maybe you could also use this list to find cheap high-traffic Guest Post opportunities if you can convince the site owner that the metrics of his site are bad.
With the list you have all data together and you have no excuse to not start implementing it immediately. If you take action, I think you can easily 10x the price in just a few months. Recommended!

I understand your concern, but let me make my point
1. Most people will do nothing with the list. They will just buy it, do some filtering and will just leave it for a project. Less than 5% of the people will ever take action.
2. But even those 5% are not going to build a site in the same niche with the same keywords, in the same language and with the same approach.
3. And the best part, I will be adding a few hundred sites every month to the list (all the buyers will get FREE updates - @Sartre ). So, there will always be enough sites, keywords and niches to be used by everyone and never get saturated.

Got an early review copy from @RealDaddy even though i was late in the list but OP was kind enough to send me the copy.
In the early review copy there were only approx 250+ website and OP asked for honest review, pricing and need for improvement.
That means OP improved the product after suggestions from a lot of VIPs on BHW.
After improving OP sent a new copy again with 1000+ website with the improved insights like ad network, ranked pages, site age and mostly everything you need to get set and run a niche website and bank..
As of pricing while review of the copy I suggested OP to keep an higher price more than the current price because of the value in it. And after suggestions from a lot of members OP might have came to conclusion to this price which is really steal deal.
TALKING about the LIST. I was skimming through the list and checking almost all the website finding niches and there weren't any mistakes from OP all are correct.
OVERALL really worth it and @RealDaddy know the stuff he does, so go for it.

First off, this is a fantastic report.

The best part is these sites are super new and yet receiving a ton of traffic. So it's very easy for you to see what they're doing right and how they're doing it.
Personally, I have been taking notes like crazy. Have got a notion full of notes and ideas.
I plopped a few of these in ahrefs and was able to uncover several untouched keywords.
There are certain things the sites are ranking for and they're not traditional blog posts either - something I have already been doing. So it was nice to see an idea validated.
All in all, this is well worth the price. In fact, it could be a little higher.

I was in the group of early reviewers, now I feel privileged to see the work of @RealDaddy and product development before it goes live.
I'll start off with this - my suggestion for the price was $200 (without future updates) and even more with future updates he promised. $95 feels like a steal.
The final list contains 1000+ websites, filtered by language, niche, DR, traffic, etc - all that's mentioned in the original post.
I was shocked to see the amount of traffic some websites are getting and the range of different niches and types of websites.
This would offer an awesome starting point for someone looking to build their online empire and it'd save you a ton of work (or provide you with the data you wouldn't otherwise look for).
I also love how the seller upgraded the initial 250 websites list with less filtering than now, really great to see how someone used reviewers' feedback to improve the product before offering it to everyone.
The product offers everything that is advertised, and some more, so if you are thinking of buying it, I would happily recommend you to do so and of course, take action once you have it.
