GIVEAWAY SUPER URLS TO BOOST YOUR AMAZON SALES AND INCREASE RANKING

When ranking products on Amazon, the following are super important,

  1. Product detail page optimization
  2. Organic sales for specific keywords
  3. External traffic

For the purpose of this giveaway, I won’t dwell much on product detail page optimization. Product detail page optimization has to do with the following:

  • Ensure your title is well optimized for the keywords you want to rank
  • Bullet points also must be well optimized for your keywords
  • The product description also must be well optimized
  • Professional images at least 5 to optimize your product detail page

HOW YOUR PRODUCT IS RANK BY Amazon?

Amazon latest algorithm ranks your products based on traffic to sales ratio for specific keywords

For every sale you get through organic search, you get a number of points for that keywords and you moved up the ladder.

For example, if you list a product on Amazon with ASIN: B07GHINM7X (this is just an example, ASIN doesn’t exist)

And the keywords you want to rank for is “disposable coffee cups”

Now, note that when someone searches on Amazon for ‘disposable coffee cups’, you won’t appear on the first page because products that will appear on the first page are products that have been getting good sales through those keywords. Some of the products would be Amazon bestsellers, Amazon choice, and Amazon recommendations for those keywords.

Assuming your product is located on page 10 for that keywords, then you will never get sales for that keywords and that means you will never rank for that keywords.

So, what do you do to rank for those keywords?

It is SIMPLE, you must start getting sales for that keywords either through Amazon PPC or external traffic.

You can get sales for that keywords by doing the following:

OPTION 1

Run manual ads on Amazon and optimize for those keywords, you must be ready to pay the highest bid for that keywords for your ads to appear on top as Sponsored ads

OPTION 2

Drive external traffic to your product. It can be paid or free external traffic for as long as it will get you sales.

And this is where the Amazon SUPER URLS comes in. If you drive traffic directly to Amazon product default URL like (http://www.amazon.com/dp/ B07GHINM7X), you won’t be rank for any keywords even if you are getting 100 sales per day. And that’s the MISTAKES many sellers are making.

You must drive traffic to your Amazon product super URL that has been optimized for the keywords you want to rank. This is an example of super URL

Please note the link above doesn’t exist, it is just used as an example. You will notice from the link that it contains some keywords “coffee cups disposable”

When you drive external traffic to this URL, it will appear as your product was search organically on Amazon, it doesn’t matter whether it is on page 10, it will appear to Amazon that the buyer took the pains to go all the way from page 1 to page 10, to click you product and buy it. And so, you will earn points for those keywords and your product will start climbing. And if you get more decent sales, you will get to page 1 for those keywords.

Amazon used different parameters for different thing and these can be optimized by different Amazon super URLs.

This creates search results based on ‘Alexa’s Top Picks’ with a specific keyword and ASIN.
