Somebody called this "advertising", but it is not. Advertising would be using Reddit Ads. of course you can do that, but I don't think it will work. Ok, once approved they will not remove it,unlike if you just make a normal post. But I tried reddit ads not only one time, and it is always the same, you get a shit ton of clicks dirt cheap, but none of them converts. I tried not one sub reddit but numerous, so I would say reddit traffic does not convert. At least not convert if you want sales. Ok now you say it is not selling because the item is for "free". But it is not, you have to pay for shipping. So if you pay for the product or if you pay for shipping, it does not matter, you have to PAY, and this does not WORK with reddit ads.
Some other said you just have to use a subreddit where the readers or admins are not that tech savy, however, this is also pointless. ALL the subreddits do NOT allow affiliate or referal links. So if you post a twitter link that leads to a tweet containing an affiliate link, you think this will work? No, it won't.
Sounds interesting. I will do health trial offers and see what happens.
Tried this method out but with Instagram advertising rather than with Reddit. The results were less than stellar, but I ended up breaking even. If it is helpful to anyone, I paid for a shoutout from a 50K follower Instagram account that was within the niche of the ClickBank offer. I paid about $30 for the 24 hr shoutout and it yielded around 10 sales at $3.84 a piece. It may be scalable, but this method can work with many different advertising options. I am going to try with a larger account and I'll report back.
Thanks for letting us know
This method works, but it's not sustainable. It's already saturated and you're going to be hard pressed to find subreddits that won't shadow ban your links. Your time would be better spent promoting offers elsewhere, unless you put a value of about $0.03/hr on your time.
I don't believe OP's earnings claims either especially since no proof was posted.
I signed up for clickbank as I was reading through this but after reading the whole thread not so sure how worthwhile this is. Gives me some ideas tho
You always give your advice on why it's bad but never offer anything into return, at least from what i have seen.
Mickyfu, at this point your known by everyone as u appear to comment in almost every thread and post on BHW. How about you share a method?
How many visitors did you get from 50K followers ?
Here are my 2 cents on the "method" guys:
I did try it 2 days ago, and i invested less than 1h the first day to create a twitter account, find an offer and link it to the twitter. Took that link and shared it on 1 subreddit from my account (should point out that it has 1k Karma - nothing to brag but it may have a difference).
< 1h work
Tried it yesterday too. Shared 3 links
< 1h work (did not have to create accounts, just share the links, take them and share to reddit).
My 2 cents:
No it is that it is not a steady source of income, but it IS a quick buck, and it is pretty good for people who are starting out and need money for domains and hosting and what not.
If you do think about it, you can make a whole "business" around it.
Will try on the next morning...
This method is working. If you want to try this method, don't suggest by all these demotivating comments and try it on yourself.
I'm sorry but did you just say you made $100/day with a few minutes of work and 4 copy-pasted links and then proceed to shrug it off as no big deal and just a 'pretty good' method for the noobs to save up for a domain?
Did you use one of the recurring commission free+shipping offers on cb, because then I guess you can expect another ~$500 coming in? Surely that will be enough for more than a domain, maybe some mac & cheese?
Nice method. It makes me think to give It a try a make some bucks again with click bank.
The say methods gets saturated when they are released. But even though some of them keep working for the eternity if you put your own twists
Thanks for saturating Jefis' method genius.
There's an issue in posting aff links on Twitter:
It screams out a virus or scam.
That is why you use other redirects and preferably your own domain to redirect.
Same problem occurs, even with a personal domain redirect.
Yes I did say that. And that is where the research part comes. And no, i did not use f+s stuff.
