how adsense work onceI buy a site?

I have been thinking of buying an adsense approved site from flippa but I dont understand how adsense will be transferred as the adsense account has to be registered with other person's email id.

Is there some way to transfer adsense account from one google account to another?

They are most likely selling the site ONLY; you will need to apply for an Adsense account after the transaction is completed.
