How safe is to post videos downloaded from Instagram as your content?

My plan is:

Download Instagram videos from IG pages that're posting sports reels to their pages.

Adding those videos to Twitterdub, set up everything to post 1 video every day for every account.

So my question is how safe is that? Maybe Twitter somehow detects that the videos are downloaded from IG and they will not count it as a unique content and my account will be shadow banned?

Maybe posting only videos every day is not safe and I should mix it by adding any tweets/retweets?
