How to index my parasites links within few minutes?

Hello Everyone
One of my competitor indexing their parasites links within few minutes in google search engine.
You can take an example of "game of thrones season 8 episode 6 mp4" (Search in google).
You can see a lot of parasites links are there. I don't know they are indexing their links too quickly.
NOTE: As you, all know google disabled their Google Search Console for other websites.

Create a blogpost article and give a nice contextual link and fetch it.

That's right!

make a web 2.0 blog, make articles in it (good ones 700 words +-) and insert naked links in it
after that request google to index this link (after adding it to search console)
Google will crawl the page and follow this naked link in it, and done indexed in a few minutes (1-hour max)

You can insert 10-30 naked links in each post of your web 2.0, but note that requesting google indexing is limited (around 300 per month)
so, create multiple web 2.0 blogs if you need more
Use WordPress for example!
