So I was seeing account got limited in resolution center and I was asked to confirm email, bank account etc which is already added and confirmed around many years ago. Then also when I tried to add the bank account it showed me redirect screenshot https://ibb.co/5RT0S1L

I emailed about entire thing to paypal around 3 days ago but still no reply. Then contacted paypal via twitter and told the entire thing and just asked them to look at my account standing or even ask anyone in their internal team to have a look and they say they can't look screenshot https://ibb.co/3Y1T2VY .

Note they say they can't identify the validity of me when they already asked and took my account email and my ID card is already verified from long before. How is this gateway's support so unreliable now?

No strong support...No getting replies from email...twitter support is s#it and can't identify me despite taking my account email.

How do I continue to use this? Do you still use paypal?

Those who are doing big numbers, do you still use paypal or any other friendly gateway?

Are you permanently limited? If so say goodbye. I got limited for on a legit years old account out of nowhere, hung on the phone for a week with support trying to resolve it, but it's a big fat nope if it's a perm.

Accepting PayPal as a payment option on my e-commerce site has helped our check out rates increase significantly.

Taking a checkout rate from 2% to 2.5% is an increase of 25%. So on a store that does $100k/mo for example, you're talking another $25k/mo.

As much as I hate PayPal, we couldn't argue with the numbers so we just had to call them frequently and make it work.

Good news.. cryptocurrency era already begun.. No limited accounts, no chargebacks, no headache. I know, everybody uses and trust Ppal and switching to crypto is not an option for many case it may (and probably will) affect sales volume, then you must educate your customers, etc,.
How many limited Ppals will it take for one person to consider and finally add Crypto at least alongside..
Just add it as an alternative method, this is a long term solution of course but it solves everything entirely.

You contacted PayPal via Twitter instead of calling them?

Look, when you are dealing with a financial account, you speak to someone on the phone, if possible (which with PP, you can).

It's hard to avoid Paypal since a lot of my clients prefer to use it out of convenience.

Have you tried calling them yet?

You can't depend on PayPal. You can't depend on Stripe. You can't depend on Authorize.

You can't depend on what you can't control.

You need to have redundant systems in place.

Backups. Then backups for your backups. Then backups for those backups.

My point is, if you want to get anywhere with online business, you can't have all of your eggs in one basket. Because if that one basket tips, you'll have no eggs to take to market.

I use PayPal but recently added Revolut to my payment systems.
Depending on the country Revolut got different kinds of accounts (and limitations).
I got lucky and was chosen as a test user in the US, so I got a personal account that allows me to accept payments, but if you're from Europe and have business there you can open the Revolut Business account.

So far it is the best payment system and solution over PayPal.
It doesn't require to submit a bunch of documents like 2Checkout and allows you to receive payments from individuals, unlike Payoneer. It also allows using the money right away, has virtual and physical cars, and no need to wait for the payment like other systems (most of them release payment once per month or weekly).

    U mean multiple paypal accs?

Dont want to keep all eggs in one basket. Was looking at 2checkout but approval process is too long + high fees.

Mate call them using your mobile number. You can check it on your account how to call them. You will get best result if you do this.

Paypal sucks but yes offer it until you cant, its mostly out of your control though so dont worry too much.
As for the gent saying to offer crypto lots of people do, no one gaf though they wot use it, most people will never adopt it.
Look to get a real merchant account not a payfac like stripe etc

They responded to you through twitter?
    Haven't heard that before.
Calling them is better but the limitation won't be revoked in most cases.

I dont as I dont have any ecommerce sites. I offer them as a service in my job though. I do plan on opening a site soon, centered around my job, within a week or two.
Ill accept echecks, and use a B2B financing option (like Afterpay but for B2B transactions)

What are you selling? Thats the most important thing to know.

Ask them what you need to do to resolve, usually works better then saying "hey how come I am limited?" If you even get a rep to answer.
Do you not have any credit card system set up?
If so you should be fine tbh, just have to bite the bullet with it until its resolved.

Are you doing ANYTHING shady on your site? Cloaking, spoofing, lying, selling a prohibited item, did you refuse a refund to someone, etc?

Not true. It can be worthwhile. My Twitter account has a blue checkmark and a large amount of active, engaging followers. It can help a lot.
