I have recently start a new blog, actually i have no idea to get larger traffic and get handsome money form adsense.

try to get your site advertised as much as possible. either for free or paid ways. but make sure u also have good content in your site so people will regularly come back.

here is the starting tip....

Keep writing good content,
tell your friends/family about your blog.
do link building to increase your serp.
do link exchange with related sites to gain some traffic and seo boost.
advertise your site. {if you have money}.
And do social bookmark of your all new posts..

and keep learning and do experiment to increase traffic.

While you writing contents for the new blog, telling anyone about your blog, including search engine.

Try also prepare some extra requirements for search engine crawler visit, such as provide sitemap, robots.txt etc

There is a wealth of information on BHW. The beginner questions you are asking are answered in many threads, just search for what you are asking about.

You need to be ready to dedicate many hours to reading, understanding and implementing.....it is trial and error. I do it daily and have yet to succeed at this.

One good way to increase visits and possibly get a few clicks is to buy a $5 fiverr offer. I'm sure you have heard offer fiverr, which is a commercial site, go get your free account and use the search bar on the site and type in tweet (s) several pages come up. You want someone who has a lot of followers and will tweet your ad several times a day for a few days. They will do this for 5 bucks. Read the comments to be sure they are delivering. Thats just one way. These guys have face book accounts ms account and some have really high traffic sites that have avail. ad space. Give it a try, and I hope this helps someone. I am a fiverr user but am in no way paid to have you go their, I just know it's worked for me a few times. It wont make you rich but if you site is set up right and is converting, maybe you will make more then the spend and can test better. Later.

This seemed to trigger the moderation system, yet I have promoted nothing and did not use any url and I surely do not own fiverr.

Hmm, this question is tricky ...

Extra requirements for Search Engine (SE) (I prefer to refer as preparation to welcome SE visits)
- Google sitemap (.xml) also provide html version for others search engine
- Don't make too many outbound links, since can be flagged a spam site
- Try create meta for each page, try use plugin in-case of wordpress
- No under development page or directory, just hide it before you get the real contents
- Don't create too many page at the same time
- Incase of many pages you have to create, try create many authors too, and divide those created pages into each author that will make some natural behavior.
- be secure, protect some restricted page using robots.txt
- many else (maybe), I'm also learner too
