Is JCI still working in 2022? Any better cloacker for G ads?

i cant speak for JCI, but with cloaking ads its different than cloaking for seo. with ad networks it sometimes lasts months, weeks, other times only a few days.
there are many factors to take into account i.e. how much traffic you send, what niche and how you send traffic (what times, geo's and so on) if many people report your ad etc etc
so whatever cloaker you use, you have to also expect to get new ad accounts.
cloaking for seo is easier as that lasts years.

yeah i will be using new ad accounts, but know any good cloacker for google ads?
best is usually a custom solution
any tutorial or how to create it?
1) JCI is one of the best (atleast for GAds).
2) Do not believe reviews about products in which the industry itself is a badass type of industry, such as the cloaking industry, because in badass industries, competitors do anything to bash eachother up (fake reviews, etc).

Scam? Ive been using JCI for years and they are the farthest thing from a scam.
