Merry Christmas!

Do you have any experience with Parrot for Python? Would you use it for something "NOT THAT" important? Basically 3 sentences per paraphrase.

This would actually be a good key phrase augmenter similar to something like Answer the Public (seems to work well with question expansion).

There's also colab here for a similar proj...I think for implementation on Rasa... (I like to let Google foot the CPU/mem bill AMAP).

["NOT THAT" important?] is extremely subjective... I may not use this for client conversation material in stream... but further back in the chain... for conversational research... tool to tool.. though unseen on the front end... actually becomes more important than any one single conversation...

should I add more ellipsis...?

BTW, while checking out parrot I also found this interesting little state-of-the-art drone simulation tool.

Nice reference to Pandas, haha.

Wanted to ask you last night how would you go about clicking all those "People also asked"
thought you might want to take a look at... works in both ff and chrom(ium)
The PAA function previously had been broken, but has now been fixed ;)

  1. I am beginning a professional, big boy pants project.
  2. Thought I would share as I put it together.
  3. Do not let the title fool you into some type of premature funny business. This is revenue, not profit.
  4. I get a variable of 5% to 30% / revenue depending on my "role" in transactions.
  5. Case use financial planning varies. My numbers mean nothing to you.
  6. Not everything I will talk about is free, but most is FLOSS.
  7. I may mention or show code that I have created for a use case on the fly. This is not a "product" that I wish to promote to you, but an example implementation only. (so no one claims I am promoting my own scripts in a journey)
  8. There are no affiliate programs to join (creating them is smarter) and no membership/ventures involvement.
  9. For me this will be white hat, but may not be for others. I am operating in an industry that has flexibility in certain areas that standard commerce does not (telemarketing and solicitation regulation being an important one), so some of the tactics I use may violate the TOS of platforms you utilize or conflict with legal restrictions in your industry or region... it is your job to know this shit, not me. Not my fault.
  10. Enjoy. (This doesn't end here, I promise)
Thank you so much!

Knowing which industry is just the beginning... Next is to align Occupations within each industry...

https://www2.census.gov/programs-surveys/demo/guidance/industry-occupation/2017-industry-code-list-with-crosswalk.xlsxhttps://www2.census.gov/programs-surveys/demo/guidance/industry-occupation/Alphabetical-Index-of-Occupations-December-2019_Final.xlsx
Get these two files... these will allow you to the alignment as all of the crosswalk codes are included.

Might help to make a folder structure at this time.... you can limit it to numerical naming conventions (modeled after the NAICS codes) This will allow you to keep all of your keyword strings clearly separate from the structure... and makes it easier to tell bots what to do later on as there won't be any Int/String confusion.

I was looking for product datasets to pair with the job industry and occupations mindmaps and came across these:

Alright guys... I hope that those who have been reading from the beginning actually read the first post and the gist of This IS and IS NOT about...

All of the tech described is the focus, and all of these tools can be used any way you want, fuck what I was doing in particular...

The previous project IS dead... and that is the way it is sometimes... easy come, easy go.

What's sad is that it was not the tech that killed it. Trust me, the Gov shaves harder than any CPA agency...
They wanted 21% revenue + taxes on 100% if THEY RECEIVE a form late during a postal slowage (not on postmark). Anybody willing to take a 40% hit?

Don't fall in love with a project that you can not let it go and have cash come back to you... kinda like the "lover" saying, but with an automating and monetizing twist.

If you knew me well, you would know I probably start the dev of 20-30 or so projects a year, plan to roll out 10 to test, don't give up on 3, and make bank on 1-2.

I learn a lot, and get to apply all of it later... it is the learning on the 28 failures/forget-about-its that makes that one or two earn big.

But that is why I "meddle around" with dev/playground so much and I talk about 100 different tools and it "seems more complicated" than people think "I probably know" it is.

It's always that complicated. Otherwise it was over yesterday or you have to compete against crowds. I hate commodity markets.

I do not rely on mass producing my content, but my research. Automating & Content is a given for any project,
but solid Quantitative and Qualitative research is what I have found makes the difference between success and failure...

even if the definition of success is to know when to quit and move on...

On to the next thing, and new tech.

Neural Networks, Prompt engineering, and Gamified NFT art sales that truly benefit Charity...

That's what's next...

Still feel like doing "the good thing". Must have been the Holidays... or turning 50... BRB.

Which programming language/Toolset should you learn first?

I have never learned to program in any specific language. I have always approached programming as the skillset, and the language as merely a tool. No one becomes a "hammer specialist" before framing on the job....

I will have to hit w3c up to correct an unordered list in html and then bang out some obscure sed/awk/perl mess by heart into my term to complete something I know it does..... makes no sense if you look at it in the usual language fluency paradigm.

If you have 4 years to learn a specific code set for a boss you want to sign your checks for the next n years... then do NOT take my advice....

Fuck a language.... what's the problem? The language you learned on sololearn might not be the right tool for that problem.

Look at the word vomit in the above update... think you got time to know all that in the depth needed to be considered "fluent" enough to head off a corporate project on paper for each and every item listed?

Some truly are. Some aren't but have a team that does. I am not. I do not. So if you are new to the power button on your PC, have a masters in neural network technologies that you piloted, or anywhere in between... if you can cut and paste, you can code.

Forget about the language, you might learn French and get shipwrecked off digital Brasil. Quoting Demain, dès l’aube verbatim will do you no good, but one little word of Portuguese, Ayuda, could change everything.
Good job...lol WAYYYYYY over my head....but you will deserve that 7 figure when you get where you're going after doing all that work. My Journey is I'm putting up some content and watching the stats...in 10 yrs my home page might get indexed.

thought of this previous thread post talking about days like today, so when I went out for a smoke, I shot some iphone shots of the ice fishers...

This is cut way down to 512x512 for BHW upload... I plan on throwing it into a resolution expander to see if I can get it to any better clarity. The full image is pretty panoramic. It was taken from the land a few blocks from my home on a smoke brake. They are about 1/2 mile out on the ice with those 4x4s..

When I first moved out here it was fall, and when I heard about ice fishing I thought of tents, even of renting them... and then that winter I saw this shit. These guys got full bars and big screens. This is on Lake Minnetonka .
