I'm in real estate. How much do you charge for this?
I do not sell here as I am staff and even if I could sell I could not sell from this thread.
I'm sure if you post in the hire a freelancer subforum you will find some solid providers.
There are some solid SEOs that can hook you up.

I'll throw in another tip. It's hard competing against the big RE sites like Zillow, Realtor, Redfin and so on when it comes to city searches. Instead, niche down harder and rank pages for specific neighborhoods.

If this did work...wouldn't I be able to plug in "best 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Twin Falls Idaho" into the Adwords Keyword Planner and see how many times people actually do that exact search?Do this for the win:
Because when I do that, the result is 0-10 average monthly searches. Perhaps this doesn't work in my area because it is such a small town?
That is really a minimal part of the SEO here as you will end up ranking for a lot of other KWs just based on this with decent content that are specific to buyers.
For instance, if I am looking for a him in Twin Falls, that will show up for other KWs related to Twin Falls.
Outranking Redfin, Realtor, Zillow etc is near impossible for broad terms but the local detailed ones are where we can do that for a small amount of just beer money and end up with commissions that make that beer money joke money.
Edit: KW planner? I don't use it.

Forget using keyword tools in this niche. In most areas there is very little local competition, most agents do not have websites or use any internet marketing. Your local competition will be brokerages and those aren't to hard to out rank.
Forget competing against the big sites like Zillow, Realtor, Redfield, ect. They will dominate keywords like "home for sale in Twin Falls". But they may not rank for search terms like "3 bed 2 bath home in Twin Falls" or "cheap home in Twin Falls" and so on. Rank pages for multiple keywords and create niched down pages as needed. Search volume may be low for each keyword but real estate leads are valuable and it doesn't take a lot of leads to generate some income.
I'm a Realtor in Southern California and I can rank plenty of local niche keywords and pull in leads.
More than the rankings and the strategy, I am impressed with the in-your-face, blatant method of saying this to a business.
Now if only "someone" could write a bot that

- Went to every business page in town and responded with the same in-your-face mannerism with their niche and location/service area in mind.

You can use Naples as your target or even an area in Naples as your target.
When people buy a home they are usually fairly specific in their search.
I actually know Naples as my brother used to be in law enforcement there so that is a good ask... target East Naples, target zip codes, target school districts, target best 3/2 near the Coastland Mall... the opportunities are endless.
There are many ways to monetize ranking, not just selling properties (especially if you're not located in the country that you target).
You can rent out the site to actual real estate companies, you can collect leads and sell them, you can use display ads, you can sell digital products, etc etc
