So, just leaned that you can see stats on reddit post, i have posted in some big subr and its going crazy volume, thinking to divert some traffic, as the post contains some current issue and people are asking updates.

that is indeed an insane amount of traffic. News related posts?

Half a million views is pretty good. I find you lose about an order of magnitude for every step after a click through. Even the click throughs though, you’re lucky to get 30% in most subs. Some you’re hovering more like 10% of thread views, some subs are closer to 90%.

Still, assuming just 500k post views, assume 150k click through, maybe 15k get to your offer (if you’re using an aff. link), 1500 get through, 150 conversions. If you’re promoting something high dollar, that’s going to be a wildly successful post.

Yes, find a way to redirect them to your site, do post an update on that.

I should have partnered with someone when posting update, right now i am posting link of a big news channel as update to the news and they are getting free traffic out of my work.

Where did you come up with these numbers?

It's an awesome new feature and glad they have done it. Great to see how much people are actually seeing the content.

Great work by the way OP.
