Lots of visits, but 0 leads. What to do?

Hi guys!

I have a particular website where I collected 168 visits on an adult dating smartlink campaign promoted in Scandinavia, but I have 0 leads. What can I do about it?

Keep promoting if you don’t get any leads after 1000 visits I suggest switching networks from your current one to a different one

I think need to be niche specific traffic
for example i got some R4R type subreddit with 25,000 members i am getting 15+ conversions per week from dating smart link
i got another adult niche subreddit with 250,000 members but no luck for dating SmartLink
