Nice guide op. I am getting views but very very fee clicks.
It's the same story with Twitter.
It seems people just don't want to click.
It seems to me I get more clicks and easily by Google search - seo.

Is there a inherent problem in pintrest and twitter that people don't click links?
If your pin says it all people won't like to click. But if your pin kind of asks the questions and the users will be like to click to learn more. It's kind of psychology. Naturally, people don't like to click links, especially if they can guess what's on the next page, they don't want to wait for the page to load and miss out on their perfect scroll, so you have to make it wort to click. Your pin needs to drive natural curiosity. The keyword phrase on the pin should add suspense and curiosity. Like watching a movie and wanting to know what happens in the next episode. At first, it might be hard for you to create such pins but later on, it becomes a skill and easy for you to do.

Pinterest wasn't created having social media in mind, the social media features it had was for it to get along, like a search engine been fun to use.
I can start a new Pinterest page with a blog and hit 10k unique visitors the first month with SEO and other strategies but I can't do it with Instagram because with Instagram am limited were to adding links, which is on my bio only. The chances of my new IG page and its posts going viral is very little no matter the hashtags I use, which will lead me to buy followers and shoutouts and that method is very expensive and doesn't guaranty a win because the page you're buying shoutout from you're not 100% sure of the page followers quality.

Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube all of them still works, the key thing is to find out where your target audience hangouts more and then focus on it.

The method was written for those who have a tight budget and still want to get their hands busy, even though you can invest money on some of the parts and spice it up a bit to get better results faster.
Pinterest used to be image dominant, but they are also preferring video content after Tiktok boom.
Everyone wants to watch reels, even youtube is moving with shorts, Instagram is the same thing so Pinterest doesn't want to be left out of the trend so now they rank video pins faster. When you create pins try to create "idea pins" your pins will rank faster. Reels make the users stay on the platform longer than they would if it was just pictures. They saw what the users are engaging with more so they rank it more.

Pinterest was a nice source of traffic but it has become very tough in the last year.
in my opinion, it's not worth the effort. I'd rather buy traffic.

It's really a great method. Never tried Pinterest before. And am still not sure if I want to try it or not. If I do I will start with your method. Thanks for sharing it.

Am happy you find the guide helpful. We never know how good or bad something is until we give it a try.

What changed since last year and why is it tough now?
Could you please shed some light?
