Well dude I just start my blog too, and I have some question may you can help with.
1. Do I need to request Google to index my new posts each time I publish a new article?
2. I did my keyword research and I come across to some good low competition long tail keyword. The problem I faced here is I find it really hard to find good keyword to write about in the same subniche. As I'm planing to build the structure of my side to make it look more professional.
3. Any free and easy tips to increase my DA

You should. I don't see a problem with that, it takes only a minute per article, so several minutes per month in your case.

I'm not sure. I don't know how are you doing keyword research, or if the niche is very small.

People here build links to increase DA but since you target low comp, link building is not needed, so to increase DA just write more content.

About the goal in pm, I don't think it's doable at this rate (4-7 articles per month) unless you're experienced. To reach it in a year you need some extra motivation, more content (aim 100 articles) or luck.

About getting traction: I think you'll see visitors in GSC from the first month, even first week if you target really low comp keys. But expect 3-5 months.

I've been working on interlinking as promised. In the process I ended up editing entire paragraphs, improving them, even though it might've been wiser to spend that time writing new posts.

I was wrong about sales stopping in January (seasonality). It seems that I gathered another grand in pending commissions.

January so far for me has been absolutely terrible in terms of Amazon sales, dunno if it's just me or other people have the same experience

I think a decline has a lot to do with item selection. But a decrease is normal after Christmas.
For me, the number of visitors increased by 25-30%, the revenue is similar to December.
I think this is a normal range.
Don't think too much about it, just keep working constantly.

Hello friends, I'm just having a question about Google indexation. If anyone can help with.
I start publishing articles on my site by the end of last December, after each article published I request Google to index it, I have two articles published 28 December and 8 January are not indexed yet, where are two other articles published 29 December and 13 January are indexed, anyone of you can figure out the reasons why some articles not indexed and others does indexed?!

This is common nowadays, unlike a year ago. Indexers aren't working anymore for new websites. You just have to wait.

Most journeys look to earn thousands and end up making just hundreds, but this journey started with a conservative $500/month goal and now it's making thousands. Pretty soon it's gonna reach $10k. Very inspiring, considering the local aspect of the traffic and all.

4+k in revenue from a non-English website having 19k pageviews sounds like a dream! Congratulations!

Update:

Once a day I check the traffic (GA) and today I was pleasantly surprised: it doubled

So I thought... Ok, someone must've shared one of my articles on fb.

I went to check traffic sources and it wasn't fb, it was all from google. Damn!

Half of it came from an article that I wrote the day before. Woot?? Like 400 unique visitors coming to a 1-day old article. Not even my most popular articles get that much. It's pretty awesome! So I'm going to tell you how I did it:

Yesterday as I was reading the local news I saw an article related to my niche. I realized I can explain the topic better, plus, I had an affiliate link that could be used to monetize it.

So I did a little keyword research and realized the news article wasn't even optimized.

I quickly wrote a 400 word article on this. Optimized it and added the affiliate link.

The result:

- Outranked the news article in less than 24h.
- 400 extra unique visitors to my blog.
- $4 extra to Adsense.
- 13 new affiliates (no conversions yet).

Next I'll wait for GSC to update so I can analyze the queries to extend the article.

I'll try to repeat this, although it's rare to find related news.

On another note, I have money coming these days. I'll update on February 1st.

TRAFFIC AND REVENUE UPDATE FOR JANUARY

It was a good month, much better than expected, regarding both traffic and revenue.

This is the last payment I received in January for affiliate commissions:

New record for Adsense earnings (albeit just $3 more than last month):




TRAFFIC BREAKDOWN:

GSC (see the spike in clicks at the end - that's the article I was talking about in the previous post):


GA (broke 1k pv in one day with that article):



EARNINGS BREAKDOWN:

Starting with the affiliate earnings screenshot at the top plus the payment I got here, plus Adsense, plus another $195.89 spread between multiple affiliate sources:

1312 + 1419.5 + 97.14 + 195.89 = $3024.53

A very nice amount because I was expecting around 2k in a slow month like January. Aside from this I've got $1.6K pending that I'll cash in the following days.

Going forward I will try to focus more on content, I'm getting inspired by @Shaunm, he seems to be a true robot of content creation, a machine sent back from the future to DOMINATE the serps. He is aiming a crazy 10,000 articles this year (no AI generators, all quality) of which 5 articles per day are written by him. Maybe I can write 1-2 per day too, doesn't seem so hard in comparison

Congrats to another great month . @Shaunm is a total content machine, and it is a pity he doesn't cover the journey of this new website here on BHW.
