Need a good content locking network for tier 3 traffic

My main traffic is from philipines, india , thailand and some other tier 3 countries. I have tried ogads, cpagrip, cpalead and a few others but many of them dont even have offers for these countries and when they do, they convert bad or they pay really low. I know that tier 3 countries generate low revenue. I can drive hundreds of free traffic but cant find good networks and offers. I guess an epc of 0.025$ is to much to ask. Im currently working with cpabuild which is pretty decent but still generates very little revenue. Anyone have any ideas excluding thr networks mentioned above?

I am not an expert but I am pretty sure every platform offers bad payouts for tier 3 traffic because no one is interested in that traffic tbh.

It depends on how much traffic you're getting.

If you're getting porn site-level traffic volume, you might want to consider researching adult sites that show YouTube videos before they show you the skip-ad button.

Obviously, they're dealing with a service provider that works with YouTube channels to get views.

They don't care if people watch the video; they just want it to play for enough seconds to get social proof on YouTube.

You might want to consider this approach.

I'm not going to name the network, but you can easily find them when you go to an adult site that shows YouTube videos as a preview before allowing you access to the good stuff.

So you check out this approach.

Again, this only makes sense if you have a high enough traffic volume.

The other approach for sites that are in Thailand , India , and the Philippines is to do some deep digging into affiliate programs that would appeal to traffic from those countries.

Assuming you have a mainstream or non-adult, or non-gambling site, you might want to consider a translation job, visa assistance, immigration assistance, that type of offer.

A lot of this is trial and error, but the amount of time you invest in finding the right program might be well worth it if you find something that works.

Whatever you do, don't give up .
