    Hi,
I've been doing a lot of keyword research and have come up with a good few products on Amazon the I'd like to build a site around.

I understand the concept of silos but I think you can only go that way if you have closely related sub-niches. That right?

My problem is the products I've found are all in a very broad niche (for the sake of demonstration let's say Home Improvement) but the products are no more closely related than that e.g. for demonstration purposes one product is in the Door Lock sub-cat and other is in Kitchen Faucet sub cat. etc

Any advice on how to best structure the site?

    TIA

Make your hompage about "home improvement" and write about all your topics like "Door Lock".
Create a silopage for each product like "Door Lock".
Link to your silo pages from the homepage.
Create supporting pages for the silo pages like /door-lock/best-doorlock-review/ and link to the silopage above.
    Rinse & repeat.

    So,

    Home Page (Home Improvement)
---->Silo 1 (About Door Locks) ---> Pages about door locks & reviews
---->Silo 2 (About Kitchen Faucets) ---> Pages about kitchen faucets & reviews
    etc..
    That right?

Also, should I be linking from each silo page to other silo pages in the same silo?
    Thanks

Well if you won't have a big site and it will be within one niche, like cars, cats, dildos, then you don't need to bother with silo at all. Just interlink everything with everything and you will be perfectly fine.

If you are planning to have small site in multiple niches, then it doesn't really make sense from SEO point of view. Make multiple sites.

I think that's what I was trying to ask ... how to structure a small site :)

    So,

Home Page (About 'home improvements') -> links to all other pages and all other pages link to each other and the home page?

    There are 3 levels:

Link from homepage (L1) to the silopages (L2)

Link from the silopages (L2) to the supportingpages (L3)
Link from the silopages (L2) to other silopages (L2)

Link from supportingpages (L3) to other supportingpages within the silo (L3)

I also use breadcrumbs so I link to the homepage (L1) from every page on my website.

That is a perfectly viable option.
