I only have time to check the first site you posted.

  • It took me about 10s to load, no joke. One of the slowest loading websites I've visited toady. You REALLY need to fix that, especially if you're in eCommerce.
  • You need content on your category pages, not just product pages.
  • The category pages might be where most of your eCommerce sales come from in the future. Right now there's only products listed there.
  • I see no buyer keywords being used on the website nor in any of the titles on the website.
  • Not even your category is suggesting to the user what's best about your site in the SERP. Switch up your titles to raise your CTR dramatically hopefully and start targeting some high conversion buyer keywords in the process.
  • Your site is not using HTTPS. Fix this immediately, this is 2020.

I could probably go on about this all day long but this is the quick SEO audit I'm willing to give out for free publically :)

Yeah. 10 seconds to load the frontpage is a dealbreaker when you're running an eCommerce site, OP. Start there. Think of all the people on mobile.

You have much bigger problems than your SEO :)

I completely agree. OP, you don't want to risk losing conversions because you're sending the traffic away to another site.
