raise the Domain rating

None of this is proven, but my money is on "# of referring domains" being way more important than "# of backlinks"

I tell that because i have a page on google ranked on 7 position has 22 backlinks and domain rating is 38 and page autorithy is 16 but the page that ranked on 1 position has 1 backlink and domain rating 57 and page autorithy 11 . How can you explain that ?

That's what I been realizing, Domain Authority > Page Authority.
I have 4 domains ranking from 19 to 38 in DA. It's not just 1 link that does it, I think you need to have many links from high DA sites. If someone has a surefire way to boost the DA please PM me.

I think you should book mark your site in the social media. This will helps you to increase the domain ranking.
Otherwise, you should add quality contents in your niche and add more images and videos will help you to raise in rank of your site. Give the valuable and unique keywords that used in the description.
