It is not possible to scrape subscribers from a telegram channel.
FYI it is impossible to forcefully add real Telegram subscribers to your channel.
What you can do and this is a main strategy that works, is to create a new channel and several other telegram groups. and add telegram members to the groups with a software or telegram bot you build several groups with your post advertisements and write to them that the complete and main information is in the main channel to make them join the channel (this way only real and really interested people will join the channel).
If you want to make the channel more attractive for new visitors, then you can generate a large amount of Telegram users that you control and can make them join your channel to make the number of subscribers in the channel a large number... and only you will know the truth.. .. It is recommended to add a round number, say 500 or 1000 subscribers and then start counting the real users after the pulse of the number of subscribers you added.

If im not wrong, there is no API about that, except u made a bot/tool for doing that task from browser version.
