The total list has 4200+, I posted 2 times, one normal, one for failed lists. get the result below:
Failed: 1,000+ Success: 3,100+
Two advances:
1. One PDF manual + One text comment file(include 2,2000+), so you don't need to find the comments and know how to do
2. You don't need to setup de-captcha service
PS1: proxy is optional, I use VPN, everything is ok.
PS2: Most of them are WordPress, suggest use for Tier-2 or Tier-3.

Just to clarify on the failed sites for future clients, for some reason Scrapebox fails to post to previously verified sites possibly due to timeout. Thats why I recommend setting the timeout limit to maximum

2700+ were successful full from the list.
When I test it for the second time 2850+
If you are using premium proxies the success rate will be much higher without a doubt
Overall if you are looking for some readymade sites list for tier2 and 3 this is a good service.
The list was around 2100 at first in a week it got updated to 4000+ if the list grows like this continuously with the same quality of sites it's great value for the money spent
