If Troopal acepts proxies authenticated by username and password then you will have no problems posting on CL.
You should ask troopal for more details.

Yes, it does accept authenticated username and password. Im still a little confused on how to order your proxies. I was at your site, didnt see an order button.

Alright I just ordered a proxy from these guys, so I will give them a quick review. The proxy's speed is about 1.11Mbps down, .51 Mbps up, and it took about 2 hours for my proxy to become active. For your money it is a very good deal, the only problem is I ordered a proxy from New York and according to the tests I have run this one is located in Chicago. I don't really care about this, but I figured it was worth noting.
All you have to do is to register to our main website http://anonymous-proxies.net, then just add the proxies to your shopping cart and make the payment. It will take you 3 minutes. Let me know if you need more details.

Thanks Rockin, some of the proxies are still cached in old databases so geo ip might point to a different location. We have a website listed in the members area where you can check the geo ip location and results are accurate. Some of the ip's take a while to be added to the old databases that's all.

I forgot to write a small review, so here it goes:
I have 200 proxies from him already, so far its good, i havent tested the speed like someone in the thread, but i would say its 9/10 if i have to compare, some timeouts rarely, but nothing serious. i had one bad proxy 2 weeks ago, got replacement in 1-2 day, since i didnt notice that i was running without it. Had one more a week ago, that had sorted out in about the same time.
Now im waiting for his response regarding getting an other batch again from SF and LA
