Should I switch to http?

My hi-fi backlinks are pointed to the http version of my website but I am redirecting it to https instead, should I remove the redirection and have two versions of the website?

When I check backlinks for the https version it shows 0

Absolutely, No. For this century, https is a must. You better to grow new backlink pointing to your https than switchback your website to http.
