Social media acconts for site

Hello Guys.
I have a website for the USA audience. I want to make accounts or groups in all popular social media in order to promote there website.
I am familiar with social media in the USA such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest.
But I am more interested of Instagram, Google Plus, Linkedin, Tumblr, Myspace. Unfortunately I know nothing about them. Can you help me to figure out with some questions?


Questions:
1. Which other social media are popular in the USA and which of them are really worth for website?
2. Advise me the program or service which can support all those accounts of a social media. I tried site hootsuite but it isn’t support all social media which I need.
3. To Instagram I can upload photos only from IOS / Android. But I want to add photos directly from my site from my personal computer. How can I do this? Give me please some recommendations how safely to promote account and not to be banned.
4. Give me please some recommendations how safely to promote account in Google Plus and not to be banned.
5. Give me please some recommendations how safely to promote account in Linkedin and not to be banned.
6. Give me please some recommendations how safely to promote account in Tumblr and not to be banned.
7. Give me please some recommendations how safely to promote account in Myspace and not to be banned.

actually, you can create on every social media. but it works well based on your niche.. so find the one which suits to your's. work more on it while dont leave others also.

I'd go ahead and search each of the sections individually to try to come up with some of the information yourself. While we're an overall helpful forum, that's really a lot to ask for on a platter.

No, i need the program or service where I can manage all of this accounts.

With one source of traffic for example instagram.
You've been able to bring a lot of traffic.

Then write the prescription of traffic and making many times.
