SSL certificate from host service or domain registrar? porkbun offering free SSL. Can i use the SSL?

I have shared hosting plan with namecheap and they offering free SSL for oneyear only.

That's why i'm looking for porkbun.

What i think is it is better to use SSL from either hosting provider or domain registrar. Instead of other thrid party tools.

So can i go with porkbun domain registrar SSL?

If you're just wanting an SSL for seo purposes a free one is fine from your hosting company.

It's only when you start selling and using certain payment processors they require paid ones, which offer 2048+ Bit SHA2 SSL/TLS Public Key Encryption or end to end encryption.

There is no difference
You can use provided by your domain/hosting company or from Cloudflare or letsencrypt.org
