There is no tool that can give you 100% relevant content with a push of a button, this is based on my experience. You must proofread and verify the content they generated, most of the facts they produce are not correct, I've checked this multiple times with Jarvis and other tools out there.
As a matter of fact, 50% of the time, the content they generate is irrelevant to the keywords/title input, you must spend your time to correct a lot of things in the content and also verify.
I think it would be best to use these tools if you're familiar with the topic they're generating the content for you because you can easily identify wrong information in your output.
Best free method is write them yourself. I know it's time consuming and you might not be writing very well, but to get highest quality you will have to pay.
Here some tools that will help you in writing a great content.
*Grammarly
*YoastSEO
*Copyscape
*CoSchedule Headline Analyzer
*Cliche Finder
*Hemingway Editor
