DAMN, $150/Link for +400K traffic website. This is really cheap, if it capped to 8 homepage links I wonder how can you turn this into profit. KUDOS to you for being able to provide such quality at such price.
Anyway, I am here just to warn you to be extra Careful about your PBNs. I have seen it happen more than once, either a competitor or google itself will do its best to get a hold of your PBN and de-index. So, be extra careful and screen thoroughly whoever applying to your network.

You're generally ok when the amount of posts on the homepage is low.
The sites are strong though because of the links, not the traffic. Traffic isn't a ranking factor, it's just a result of having enough content on a good site
2 years ago before I added a lot of content they only had 30-150 traffic on ahrefs and people got exactly the same results as they do now. The juice comes from the homepage.
