More importantly, what is the maximum wage in your country.

Let's look up and not down as professional IM folks.

I see so much potential in some of you yet some fail to work it out.

Work it out.

As Bass stated, think 10x the minimum wage, or better yet, don't go by what country you are from, as your potential is limitless.

In Venezuela, the minimum wage is $18.78 per month. That´s what we called "base salary" but, there are a few added incentives that round up the monthly minimum salary to a bit under $30 p/month.
You are a good guy, and anyone that interacts with you knows that, but how do you live on that wage for a general person?

At a gross minimum wage of 2.550 RON (505.12$), the employee receives a net salary of 1.524RON (301.89$). STR8 from the law.

Sweden is a weird fckn country.

If your workplace does not have a collective agreement, there is no minimum wage that your employer needs to take into account. There is also no law regulating minimum wages. You must therefore monitor salary and salary increases yourself.

In many countries there is a statutory minimum wage that applies to the entire labor market, but this is not the case in Sweden. Here, the minimum wage that an employer may pay is determined In a collective agreement between the labor market partners. This means that it is employers and trade unions that set the level of the minimum wage. They do it without direct government interference.

Thankfully, I don´t rely on minimum wages as I earn above that and do ok (by Venezuelan standards). My wife also works and has a decent-paying job as well so, we´re good.

To be honest, I don´t know how people live here with that because you just can´t!

1 pound of protein (meat or chicken) is like $10 alone.

The government often launches "bonuses" to low-income families and often offers free stuff through social programs and shit like that.

In my neighborhood, I know families are getting used to going by with 2 plates of food per day and rely on what other members of their families (the ones that do better) can contribute.

Most people I know working in the private sector make anywhere between $10 to $30 per week so, I don´t have (and I think nobody does) the exact stat as to what % of the population earns the minimum wage here.

Where I live it's $11.40 per hour.
The average work week is 40 hours x 52 weeks
$23,712/yr Canadian.

Other provinces in Canada have min wage as high as $15.50 per hour.
