I have used flippa and the shopify exchange. Both worked very well. It's really all about how you present it on the website.

I've used Flippa in the past and have found it to be quite ineffective; I've had sites with significant revenue streams and others that were just names, and I made very little money and a number of them did not sell. A broker, in my opinion, is the way to go. Because there are so many websites on Flippa that offer bogus or inaccurate information, it can be difficult to discover excellent buys and for consumers to find your site.

If your business is Saas or Ecommerce you can sell on Microacquire.com. I like that they have no fees for sellers and lots of buyers on their network.
