[YouTube Cash Cow Automation Empire] Journey to $30k/month with YouTube Adsense

Hey guys, super pumped to say that I am going to be starting my first ever journey for the purpose to motivate myself and inspiring others who are sitting on the sidelines and not starting! Thanks for reading

A little about me

- A few months ago I realized that school is not for me and I basically wanted to become an Entrepreneur because I hated the idea of working 40 hours a week and exhausting myself to a point where I can't enjoy my life at some shitty job I hate. I read a few books by Robert Kiyosaki which basically set my mindset right

- I am a 16-year-old guy and I'm still in High school at the time of writing this. I have two siblings - an elder sister and a twin brother.

- I started researching financial freedom and passive income ideas which could work for me as a teenager.

- I started a Print on Demand business with Teespring and Instagram but that turned out to be a failure.

- I was looking for more ways to make money online with some sort of online business

- I have made some money off of the Internet, as an ethical hacker who did bug bounty hunting at hackerone.com I did that for one year, made a total of $4.5k with it, and soon realized that it burned me out, required HOURS of work every day and most of the times, I wouldn't even get paid if I didn't find anything.

- Fast forward, I soon found out about YouTube Automation and instantly got hooked. I bought some courses with the money that I had earned in the past year, learned a lot, most of them turned out to be useless and fluff. I then came across an ad of a guy who was also selling a YT course and he claimed to be making $55k/month off of YouTube. I messaged him and borrowed around 500 euros from my elder sister to pay for the course. I enrolled in his course and it was amazing. I would call it life-changing.

- I learned a lot about YT but obviously not everything.

- So from there on, I started taking YouTube very seriously and made it my goal to change my life with it.

- Grow a network of YouTube shorts channels and cross at least 50k+ subscribers on one of the Shorts channels.
- Start a YouTube Cash Cow channel and get monetization enabled.
- $100/month
- $1,000/month
- $10,000/month
- $30,000/month

The Plan:


The plan is to build a network of YouTube channels and grow them. In 2021, I learned this trick from my mentor, the best way to grow on YouTube organically and make a ton of money is by starting YouTube Shorts channels and then building YouTube Cash cow channels in the same niche. This way, you can promote your YouTube Cash cow channel using your YouTube Shorts channels and drive traffic to those money machines from your shorts channels in the same niche. The thing with YouTube Shorts channels is that they get TONS of traffic almost as soon as you start them. They are not like the normal YouTube channels you know, they work very differently in the Algorithm. On these channels, instead of posting full 10-minute videos, you upload Shorts videos. That means videos that are under 60 seconds. The entire channel has only Shorts videos on them. You don't make the videos here. You don't show your face, you don't need to use your own voice, you don't even edit the videos and you got all this without spending any money on the videos. You get the 'less than 60-second' videos from TikTok, Instagram Reels, Other YouTube Shorts channels, etc, and then just simply re-upload them to your channel. This works like a charm and you can literally start getting tens of thousands of views from the first week of starting the channels.

Just to clarify for those who don't know, the main purpose once again of these shorts channels is simple - You create them and just post the videos that you don't own by giving credit to the original creators, and this way, you get insane amounts of traffic and growth on the channels, FAST. I am talking millions of views and possibly thousands of subscribers from the first month of starting them. Since these channels get so much traffic, you gotta leverage this traffic and send them to your main channel by using Community Tab Posts, End screens, Pinned comments, etc.

This way, your main channel will grow super fast because it's in the same niche as your Huge shorts channels. You get your main channels monetized fast and then start making money from the channel. Simple! Just keep promoting each and every video that you upload on your main channel from your shorts channel.

You can easily get over 50k subscribers on a Shorts channel within 6 months or less. I know it sounds a lot but I know people doing exactly what I do and they have results like this. I was talking to a guy today who had a Shorts channel started 3 months ago, it had 700k subscribers (HUGE!)

After having a huge Shorts channels network in my niche, I will start my YouTube Cash Cow channel. In This channel, I will outsource all of the content creation and EVERYTHING. All I aim to do is, promoting the videos from my Shorts channels. That way the money this channel generates will be 100% passive income for me.

Here are the things that I will outsource:

- Thumbnails
- Voiceovers
- Video editing
- Script Writing

I will go for the BEST quality videos and I won't spare ANY expense for that. I think videos should cost $50-100 per video for my requirements.

As of now, I and my brother are managing all 4 of these channels by ourselves. We can outsource them to Virtual Assistants, but we got some time on our hands and we want to maximize our profits for now

Note: I know some of you now might think that doing all this is obviously not free. I have to hire people for all the video creation for every single video and spend $60-100/video. For that, I need capital to invest in my business.

Right now, I am offering Shorts channel building services to people and basically, I find clients and build shorts channels for them in exchange for money. I started doing this just 2 months back and I am currently at $6,500+ in sales and out of that, I believe $5,000+ is pure profit.

I obviously can't manage so many client Shorts channels and can't keep uploading so many videos for everyone every day. That's why I went ahead and found a loyal team for me. I completely outsource the client Shorts channels to the team and they charge way lesser per month per channel, which leaves me at insane profit margins

So, yeah this is the current income source I have and it is more than enough to fund my own Cash cow channels and have the best quality content out there!
I believe this income source alone will grow to $10k/month by the end of this year and most of you might think it's crazy for a 16-year-old and that I should settle, but I won't. I promise you that. I won't be fulfilled until I am making insane money from my YouTube channels. I want to genuinely start multiple YouTube Cash Cow channels that pay me huge passive income while I sleep, grow, scale and automate everything to one day be making $100k/month off of YouTube in total from all my channels. I will start another journey for that after this one

This journey is not like any other sad journey that just stops and ends when people quit. I am insanely committed to this and deadly serious about this. I won't quit this journey.

Thanks for the offer, but I believe starting my cash cow channel is pretty far from here right now. When I do that, that's when I will need a thumbnail artist and that's when I will be on the lookout for hiring people

Thanks! Yes, people do! My mentor had a Shorts channel that had 100k subscribers (grown from scratch organically in 4 months) and he promoted his Cash cow channel which was in the same niche and within 1 week of promoting the cash cow channel by the shorts channel, I believe he crossed the monetization requirements (1k+ subs and 4k+ watch hours). Literally, just 1 week of promoting the channel from his Shorts channel!
The reason is that people already enjoy a specific niche content on your shorts channel, so if the cash cow channel is in the same niche, people would enjoy the content there as well. That's why they would subscribe!

For shorts, I use new channels without a problem. I have set some upload defaults for the shorts channels related to my niche and that's it. I don't do SEO optimization on every single video manually. Upload defaults for the description and tags that are set are enough. I don't focus on doing SEO because more than 90% of the traffic that comes to the Shorts channels comes from the Shorts feed and not from Search or Suggested or Browse which means, there is not much point in doing much SEO. I upload 7 videos per day on the Shorts channels. Usually, I start seeing results within one week of starting the channel but there are exceptions.

Yep, I don't live in the US either. Basically, you don't have to enable anything. Just create a brand new channel and upload less than 60-second videos which are recorded in a phone resolution. You must follow all the rules while making shorts, Check this article out for more info here.

I have taken courses from Kody White, Matt Parr, and Caleb Boxx. Then I found my mentor who's course was completely different from the fluff that was there in all other courses. Unfortunately, I cannot reveal my mentor's name as preferred by them.

Yeah, people do make a killing out of YouTube. I see people making $100k/month+

Nope, YouTube Shorts cannot be monetized with Adsense, and it's not possible to earn Ad revenue with them. You can, however, use External ways to make money on these channels such as Affiliate Marketing, Selling promotions, etc.

UPDATE TIME


Wanted to quickly update you guys about a new move that I made and I am proud of it!

I was talking to a guy on Telegram and got a good deal to buy a Shorts channel from him. I confirmed that he was legit and bought the channel. The channel is AMAZING.

It has momentum and is bringing in 600k+ views every single day!
The channel is just a little older than one month old and has almost 15k subscribers! Its in the same niche as all my other channels

0 copyright strikes in the past and has a crystal clear record

It was a steal at this price!
