This channel has multiple of its videos which are bringing millions of views. That's new tbh. On shorts channels, mostly 10% of the videos used to bring 99% of the traffic. But in this case its diversifed, for the better I guess

Please note that this is a Cash cow channel & not a shorts channel. Anybody who is familiar with the "usual" way of doing YouTube, would go crazy when they see that a cash cow channel when started from absolute SCRATCH. This growth (65k views in the first month) was only possible because I pumped the videos from my shorts channels.

I expect this brand new cash cow channel to cross monetization in Feb. Lets see what happens! None the less, I am super patient. I'm really going to boost it with my shorts network like a madman, haha!
Goal for this year is to have 3 cash cow channels in total minting $10k+/month each by the end of the year. I can do it.

Great results man. I’m following this thread very closely. I have 5 channels. Not many views yet but it’s coming along. 3 or 4k account all channels. Thanks for the journey. It’s really good to see the growth of your channels. This thread is an absolute gem.

1) How do you promote your main channel with the smaller one ? Custom video ? How did you do exactly ?
2) How do you choose a subject for a video in your cashcow channel ?

You can get them from instagram or TikTok. A good idea might be to follow sub Reddits in the niche you want to target and get videos from there.

all four short channels Celebrity niche ? how many videos did you upload ?

If your short channel's niche is celebrities and my main channel is gaming, can I still make money?

Any update on your progress? Did you get monetization enabled?

Yep! Definitely useful! It's crazy how strong it is to own Shorts channels which are huge and getting tons of traffic like in my case! I am super excited to update the thread today and tell everyone here exactly how the cross promotions have performed

I am managing all my shorts channels right now with my brother
I select videos.
With shorts, the secret is that SEO DOES NOT MATTER. As long as the video is good quality and entertaining, it will blow up. Even if the title is as stupid as "abcd123".

I have never really tried that but its harder to drive traffic to a YouTube channel from outside of youtube because that's going to be a cold audience living on another platform.

I use community tab posts to promote my cash cow channel from the shorts channels.
Other than that, I also use pinned comments, stories and end screens on my shorts channels whenever possible!

Nope! You can make as many as you like. Under 1 email you can have up to 50 channels. However, as a tip, I would always recommend everyone to make 1 channel per email. This is for security reasons. If one channel on the email gets terminated, all of the channels on that email will get terminated. Always keep different channels on different emails and you will be fine! To create a second yt channel, just create a second gmail address and create a yt account with that

1) Highly suggest using Community tab posts, pinned comments, YT stories & end screens on your shorts channel and promote the video of your main channel.

2) I do heavy research. First verify proof interest. Look up the current trends in your niche, Does anyone even want to watch a video on the topic? Use vidiq.com to check the search volume. If people are searching for it, search for it on youtube, look at what your competition is doing. Watch all the competitors videos on that topic, try to see if you can make a better video, better thumbnail and better description + title. If you can, make the video on it.

I use TikTok only. Never tried that but will definitely give it a go!

Yes, all 4. I upload 7 videos per day to each shorts channel.

You definitely could but it would be much less effective. I would suggest growing gaming shorts channel if you have a gaming main channel.

Haha, yes, it had a CRAZY day on Feb 17th. As you can see, this channel is getting 5-6M+ views every day for more than a month now.

ii) Cash cow channel #2

WTF? Another cash cow channel?

YES!! I started my second cash cow channel of the year just 3 days ago
Came as a surprise to me haha, but yes, I did it!
(Going super hard as you can see)

I bought this channel, pre-monetized. If someone doesn't know what a pre monetized channel is, it's basically a channel that is already accepted into the YouTube partner program. It already has 1k subscribers and 4k watch hours on it. How? It's bottled.

I won't go too deep into this but a place where you can buy these channels is FameSwap. PLEASE do your research before doing this because you don't wanna end up buying a channel that is messed up and gets demonetized. Make sure the seller is legit. I paid $300 to get this channel. $300 for me is a good deal because it saves me a lot of months JUST to get monetized on YouTube. Here, I am making money soon as I start uploading

I'm sorry but I can't reveal the niche of this channel because I want to grow my channel, establish it first. Then I wont mind revealing the niche and even the name of my channel. But just to give you an idea...

+ It's an evergreen niche which means my videos will get views for years to come which means money for years to come for videos that I post today.
+ It's an extremely high CPM niche.
+ It's a search based channel which means all of the videos only get views from YouTube Search. (I make the videos rank #1 on Search and basically get views for years to come (since people are always searching for the keyword I make the video on)
+ They get very low amount of views but combined with the sky high RPM, low views is never a problem
+ Goal is basically to upload thousands of videos, get them to rank and basically get passive income from each one of them for years to come.
Example: Lets say I have 1000 videos uploaded. Each one of them gets only 100 views per day (this is super conservative) that means
100x1000 = 100,000 views per day. An RPM in this niche is generally $8 which means I get paid $8 per every 1000 views. Do the math

That means $800/day passive income. Which is $24k/m from just 1 channel
Note that its 100% passive income for that because after I upload the 1k videos, I dont have to touch a thing, videos are already uploaded, the niche is evergreen and the videos get views everyday for YEARS to come. And the best part is that when I upload more videos, that COMPOUNDS.




I pay $650/month for outsourcing everything on this channel. Here is all the stuff I have outsourced on it:

- Video creation
- Video editing
- Thumbnail design
- Uploading
- Team management (I hired a team manager who would communicate with the team to make sure everything is being done on time)

So, all I do on this channel is video research and the rest is done by my team! I am extremely grateful for them
(I hired my team on UpWork for this entire project)

I have systemized this project and automated it properly. I built an integration with Zapier, Slack & Trello to notify each of the team members as to when they have to start working on a video. Example: When a new video topic is added, the video creator is notified and he starts creating the video. Once the video is created, a notification is automatically sent to the video editor to edit the video. After editing is done, a notification is sent to the thumbnail designer to make the thumbnail. After thumbnail is made, a notification is sent to the team manager who then uploads the video (I personally 1-1 trained him on exactly how I want the uploads to be done, and he does it for me.

So, it's safe to say that this channel is 90% automated. The only part which is not automated is the video research which I still like to do!

I also wanted to show you how effective driving traffic from shorts channels to a cash cow channel is. Here are the results of doing this on my first cash cow channel:



Safe to say that this method is pretty damn effective!! Woohooo I am super happy that my theory was proven practically (sorry for the BS scientific language here LMFAO)
So basically, I can drive 15k-20k views per video from my shorts channels to this cash cow channel easily. On celebrity niche, I will get $3 per 1k views.
That means $45-$60 per video uploaded on this channel. I upload 20 videos. That means I can easily break into four figures a month with this channel by using the shorts strategy ALONE
($1k/m is expenses for this channel, which means if I dont do anything and just follow this shorts strategy on this channel once its monetized, it would already be breaking even)

Other factors to increase the revenue of this channel:

+ Other than just this, as my shorts network grows, I will be able to drive even more views = more rev.
+ As I buy more shorts channels, I will have more resource to pump my cash cow videos, more views = more rev.
+ The cash cow channel itself, will start going viral on its on, ORGANICALLY. Videos will pick up on their own without shorts promos and go viral = more rev.

When you factor in these, down the long run, this channel can easily become a 5 figs/m machine

Nice super amazing to see this.
Though I started like 4 channels myself which were going pretty good not like yours but was getting normal 3-5k views per day and 10+ subs per day
but unfortunately got a copy strike on 2 channels and they completely died.

Do you have any suggestions on how to tackle this? Also, did any of your channels got a strike?

I tried youtube shorts but it only gets as many views as normal videos in my channel I guess I must have missed something
