Hello everyone , recently i had an idea about creating an automated youtube channel , the thing is i live in a borderline third world country and the payments are insanely low .Is there any way to create that channel and target US/Canadian audience and get paid in my currency ?

i am building the server and coding the scripts for the automatic download and upload the issue is that my country doesnt pay us much as the US / Canada and i am trying to get audience from there so idk if i need proxies or something

Like Vlad said, the editing shouldn't be automated. You should also do the voice over yourself since a lot of people don't watch TTS videos, especially if it seems like a bot channel.
I think you are better off doing this manually as a hobby and hope it takes off one day.

Yes, you can hire someone from USA to record these videos. Then people from USA will like the videos and your earning will be good.
